peach and cream chiffon cake
Today was a typical saturday, i went to chinese school and bludged pretty much, the only thing that is keeping me from moving to the other class is probably rosaline & coco since they're awesome :) After class my mum was able to come pick us up since we recently bought a 2nd hand car so that when my dad went on his locksmith expeditions we could still go somewhere else. Perhaps now i can start going to ablaze again !
I realised today that i missed runcorn, we went to the little shopping square near warrigal rd, my old primary and we were about to have lunch at the fisherman's table, this place that sells awesome chips for like $2 but i found it was closed ): it had such good memories, i used to go there afterschool everyday with elaine & other people and just sit there eating chips while waiting for my parents to pick me up. Instead the shop was up for lease ): which sucks cause yeah ; good memories. So we went to the good old bread shop beside the fish&chip shop and bought potato top pie =D the owner from a few years ago was still there so yeah, hope it never closes down. It's really random cause most of you are probs like -meh- but like its those things that remind me of childhood. My brother found one of new zealand's specialised drinks L&P which we haven't seen for a thousand years D: kay anyway.
I was planning on studying today but then...my mum persuaded me to make a chiffon cake which i've been wanting to do for ages. 'cept i realised we didn't have any plain flour left so i had to substitute with self raising and it didn't turn out as good. It was my first time making it, what a failure T_T i screwed up the cream really really badly 1. i rarely whip cream 2. my mum bought double cream which i have no idea how to use. I ended up putting peaches onto the cake randomly in an attempt to cover the grossness D: how discouraging but yeah, tasted it, it was alright i guess. My brother made Agrum jelly today.

OH and i studied physics for 1hr and ahalf today :D aren't you guys proud of me? Well sadly i only covered the projectiles section - -" it took me that long to do like idno 5 questions from one of my books, how very sad of me ;o i realised i'm still screwed for blocks! T___T ohwell. work tommorrow at 8:30am -sigh- kay goodnight !
