Hello guys! I was planning on doing some study during the day today but found it impossibly hard to crawl out of bed. When I finally did, I still ended up bludging the day away. This is so bad hahahaha. Anyway, I decided to try make salted caramel filling for the first time in my life..... It tastes good but I think it's a bit too runny for macaron purposes ): I'll have to see. My uni friends can be my poor guinea pigs.
For dinner my family & I headed down to somewhere near sunnybank hills to eat at this Taiwanese restaurant called '楊媽媽' (Mother yang).
Our family eats so much.... this wasn't even all of what we ordered.
