So, she's changed apparently, thats why you don't
like her anymore. Does that make sense? Doesn't everyone change gradually over
time? Change is what makes us who we are and it defines our life, without it we
would probably be a completely different person. So, does it make sense to
dislike someone simply because they've changed? Yes and no, its whether or not
they've changed for the worse, maybe most of us just dislike the fact that
people take on a different side over time. The truth is, humans hate change,
most of the time they find it uncomfortable; sure a spontaneous surprise once in
a while is fine but often we find ourselves hiding from an alteration in our
lives. Sometimes people take on a bad side, they do something we don't like, so
we judge them and segregate them because they've 'changed'. But deep inside
there is always a part of us that remains the same, no matter what. We are born
as ourselves and no one else, the change that takes place in us both mentally
and physically makes us 'ourselves'.
